Each Ship has a movement rating and a maneuverability rating. These represent the efficiency of power allocation from the helm.
Each pilot uses their casting ability to power the division of energies between these functions.
For example: A wizard uses their intelligence score, a wizard with 16 int, has 16 points to divide between movement and maneuverability.
A ship with a movement rating of “1” exchanges those points on a 1:1 basis. Meaning each point spent gives the ship 1 hex of movement. Similarly a ship with maneuverability rating of “1” can TURN a number of hexes equal to the points spent by the pilot.
A ship with a rating of 2 or higher requires that many points be spent for a single point of movement of maneuverability.
